Please join us for our 2016 Columbia Connects event: the 1st Annual Columbia Alumni Association of the Carolinas End-of-Summer BBQ!!

CAAC president and grill master extraordinaire Steve Jegier will be our host, personally smoking up BBQ (apple wood for pulled pork and hickory for the brisket) to be served with home-made baked beans and cole slaw. Beverages include beer, wine, and sweet iced tea. Vegetarian and kid-friendly options will be available as well. 

Enjoy a relaxed day of connecting with fellow Columbia alumni. Feel free to bring the whole family too. There will be lots of outdoor things to do (swimming pool, cornhole, etc.), as well as indoor fun (darts, billiards, foosball, chess tables, and so on). Plus, we will have “party games” throughout the evening. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel!

Tickets are $10 per person for regular alumni and their guests, and $5 per person for guests of dues-paying CAAC members. Ticket sales are non-refundable since we need to buy all that mouth-watering food. Best of all, this event is entirely FREE for CAAC members...and kids under 12 too!
